What’s The Best Resolution If I’m Using My 50-inch Plasma Hdtv As My Monitor
I use my 50 inch plasma TV as my monitor. I have an HP Pavilion A6600F PC and when I hooked it up to my TV (until we get another monitor), it was already set at 1920×1080. What’s the best resolution?

1920×1080 is probably the best resolution for you monitor if your TV naively support 1080i.
But some monitor will support a 1080 signal while the TV native resolution of your monitor is 720p / 1280×720… in this case a 1080 signal will be sconverted down to 1280×720, so you better send a 720p signal and avoid the scale down convertion who can cause image degradation and time latency.
