If you live in a rental property or just do not want doing too much work to put the cables in the wall then Cable Management Cover is great solution to organize wall mount TV cables. This is an excellent choice to organize and hide cables of your flat screen TV and also other accessories such as DVD player, cable TV, etc.
If you have mounted your flat screen on a wall there are multiple cords running down the wall.
With the cable management system you can not only cover cords but also organize cables the way you want, and keep the walls as they were before you moved in the rental house, as the wire organizer works well. And when the cord cover gets painted its texture matches perfectly and blends right in the wall. Or you can cover the cable organizer by wallpaper as it won’t sit flat to the wall if you want to hide several thick cables under it.
It looks nice, clean and holds all the chunky cables securely and hidden and slides behind the TV and console easily. Perfect fit. And crazy cheap. They are worth it to save the time, effort and keep the rental house rules.
How To Stick The Wire Cover To The Wall
The cord covers can be cut to desired length. You can mount the wire cover using screws or double sided adhesive (both included). If you use adhesive then you just stick the clips to it, then stick it to the wall, and run wires through it. Route wires vertically or horizontally with 90° elbow.
The wire organizer holds very well to the wall with the sticky pads and even forcefully snapped and unsnapped the covers a few times while getting things just right, the tape pads are still holding firmly. Probably it depends also of your wall as few purchasers claimed that it didn’t stick yet and they used screws. Anyway it looks good and saves space.
If you purchase the cable management cover you wouldn’t have to research ways to get the cables in the wall, or make any holes in the wall! Nice product that is very easy to install.
How Many Cables Can Go Through The Wall Mounted Wire Organizer
You need wire organizer of the right size to conceal all your wires behind TV. This wire organizer comes in two sizes (see pictures above):
- 4-inch and
- mini — 2-inch
With the 4 inch cable organizer there is enough space for several different size of cables like HDMi, Coax, Digital optical, a phone line, and even 3 speaker wires that you can conceal easily on the wall behind the concealer.
Actually it depends of the wires size, but the organizer fits best for thin individual cables. If you got more than two thick cables, get the four inch version. The cable tracks are large enough to easy hide 4-5 thicker cables, and when painted over, looks great.
