It may not be eligible for a replacement if its only one pixel. Depending on how many pixels the tv has, most manufactures only guarantee 99.9 percent of pixels. That one pixel may fall into the .01 percentile. If it isn’t really noticeable, don’t worry about it. If its bugging you, call best buy first and ask.

Usually warranties will offer “FIELD TECHNICIAN ” Service. Most audio video techs are also field techs which means they will go to your house and service your products. I baught a 52″ rca projection tv and i “think” the warranty said something about they can send a field technician to your house. Or maybe best buy has someone that can fix it. but ya if one pixel already died .. chances are more are gona go withit.
Call Panasonic and see if their warranty will cover a feild tech. Companys dont want you to return it cuz they will lose money so their gona want to get it fixed for you. best buy will probably just say return it or xchange it.!

If the 30 day return policy allows it then yes you should take it back.
